Project SNAP is a referral based program accommodating active SNAP E & T participants for transportation services for job skills training, and employment. TANF cash benefit participants are not eligible for Project SNAP, but are welcome to enroll in our Go To Work program. All referring agencies must have a current service agreement on record with Go To Work.
Once the participant has gained employment, the participant may continue to utilize services on a sliding scale for up to 4 weeks prior to paying Go To Work’s current rate for service. You may enroll up to 10 clients at one time.
Q: How do you enroll clients?
A: Complete the enrollment form via Go To Work website. The form requires the client’s name, address, DOB, SSN, phone number, email, SNAP case number, LDSS city, and social worker’s name and phone number.
Confirmation will be sent to the referring agency and each client will be contacted individually with their scheduled times for pickup and drop off.
