GO TO WORK TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual, from within the jurisidiction of Virginia State law. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES. Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and GOTOWORK. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. GOTOWORK may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason. Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular event, activity or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services. Supplemental terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Services. GOTOWORK may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon GOTOWORK posting of such updated Terms at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the applicable Service. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended. GOTOWORK may provide to a claims processor or an insurer any necessary information (including your contact information) if there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, which may include an accident, involving GOTOWORK all notices should be sent to our corporate address of 805 Live Oak Drive, Ste. 101, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
Services are rendered on a weekly basis. Membership of the Childs Foundation must be obtained in order to utilize services. Membership will be an one- time fee prior to the start of services rendered of $15.00. First week of service must be paid in advance. A processing fee of 3.1% will be charged for all debit, credit, and pre-paid cards.
Members will be billed one final bill for last week of service regardless of use of service.
Members must agree to have all service fees drafted weekly by signing ACH draft form electronically. Services are based on availability and will be billed weekly to reserve seating in the event of absence or vacation. Bi-weekly payments are paid two weeks in advance and must continue to be drafted bi-weekly if client elects payment schedule. Change of ACH payment schedule will result in a $10.00 administration fee.
Designated Group pick up sites will have a 3 minute grace period before departure. No smoking is permitted on the vans. Any violation of smoking will result in immediate termination of service with no refund. No profanity or aggressive behavior toward any patron or employee will be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the vehicle. No guest riders will be permitted on any vehicle. Services are only offered to current registered members of the Childs Foundation, GO TO WORK Vanpooling program.
